Our high school student WBL experiences offer thirty students per district work-based learning experiences with our employer partners. These workshops take place at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance (DHR Health) and South Texas Health System where students are taught about various careers within the healthcare field by hospital staff. Students are exposed to patient scenarios in a hospital setting using a human patient simulator, acting out these scenarios as different healthcare professionals working together to diagnose and treat patient.
